Today is a gorgeous day in Richmond and a perfect day to stroll down Monument Avenue for the annual Easter on Parade events! We set our table with china that belonged to Mac's mother Margaret, which she kindly gave to us to use at Maury Place. It is a DeHaviland pattern called "Apple Blossom." With these dishes, the table looked like spring time!
Today's breakfast featured as a first course a tasty Easter Chocolate Nut Smoothie--each garnished with a chocolate bunny! Our main plate featured our Maury Place Egg and Bacon Basket with fresh spring asparagus, citrus zing, and fresh pineapple. All I can say is the plates came back clean! Happy Easter!
