Matthew Fontaine Maury Gets Some Sprucing Up!

Here are pictures of Andrew Baxter, of "Bronze Et Al," working on the Matthew Fontaine Maury monument directly across the street from Maury Place at Monument. As you an see from these photos, the seated statue already looks much better than the globe portion of the monument, which requires more extensive treatment. Andrew is an expert in restoring bronze statuary, and he has done work on several other Monument Avenue monuments. Thank you, Andrew!
